This service includes preparation and e-filing of Federal 1040, corresponding personal forms and
schedules, state forms, and Itemizing if needed.
Business Tax Preparation:
For clients who are Self Employed, This service includes preparation and e-filing of Federal 1040,
corresponding personal forms and schedules, state forms, itemizing (if needed), in addition to your
Schedule C Profit or Loss from Business.
Business Formation:
This service includes registration of your business within your state and establishing your Employer Identification Number (EIN) with the IRS.
